User account

A digital identity is used to access Furcata and all its services. A user can own or have access to multiple Business Accounts.

Billing Account

A billing account is a financial record that tracks the transactions and charges associated with a specific User Account. A user can have a single billing account that is associated with all its business accounts.

Subscription

A Furcata subscription is a recurring arrangement where a customer pays a regular fee to access or use Furcata's services over a specified period. With Furcata's pay-as-you-use model, you have the freedom to choose the services you need and pay only for what you consume.

Business account

A profile created by a company to represent its brand or interact with customers online.

A business account is a digital profile created by a company to represent its brand and interact with customers online. It serves as a centralized hub for managing various aspects of a company's online presence, including:

  • User management: Grouping and managing users associated with the business account.

  • Service management: Organizing and managing the services offered by the company.

  • Phone number management: Centralizing and managing phone numbers associated with the business account.

  • Template management: Storing and managing templates for various documents, emails, or other communications.

  • Brand consistency: Ensuring a consistent brand image across all online channels.

By utilizing a business account, companies can effectively manage their online presence, improve customer interactions, and enhance their brand reputation.

Service

A service is used to configure a set of preferences for your marketing campaigns, such as Templates, Contact Lists, Phone Numbers, Locations, Limits, and Start and End Times.

Phone number

It's used as a unique identifier that allows you to send and receive SMS/MMS and Phone Calls.

A phone number is linked to a single Business Account and can't be used across accounts. An account can have as many phone numbers as required, and a service can use any or all of those numbers to send messages and robocalls.

Contact List

A contact list is a comprehensive collection of phone numbers and/or email addresses that you'll use to send your SMS, MMS, robocall, and email marketing campaigns. It's like a digital address book that helps you target your messages to the right audience.

Think of it as a way to organize and manage your customers or potential customers so you can reach them directly with relevant and timely information.

Contact

A contact is a single entry within your contact list. It represents a specific individual or entity you want to reach through your SMS, MMS, robocall, and email campaigns. Each contact typically includes:

Phone number: The primary way to reach the contact vía SMS, MMS, or Phone Call.

First name:

First name: The individual's given name or the name they are commonly known by.

Last name: The individual's family name or surname.
